Yesterday was the long-looked-for day. I had a gathering over food and drink at which single young people could meet people of the opposite sex with two girls and three boys. These girls were friends of mine in English department at KGU. One of these boys was a friend of mine, and the rest of him was his company.
After school, I went home by bicycle and went downtown by bus. I met one of girls by appointment in front of Daiei. We went to PARCO and stop into a variety clothing shops. We have dinner in Daimonji, which is the restaurant of okonomiyaki. I ordered an okonomiyaki of cuttlefish, shrimps and octopuses. She did an okonomiyaki of pork and meat. The okonomiyakies were ordered with iced coffee. The employee offered two free cups of soft ice cream to us. They were really delicious.
We all met by appointment in front of Don Quixote at 10:30 p.m. and went to Ohayougozaimasu which was a tavern. We could drink all we wanted, and ordered some dishes, too. We introduced ourselves one by one, enjoyed talking each other, and the party warmed up so much.
After the drink party, we went on to a karaoke place to follow up the party. We enjoyed singing for about 4 hours. We really lived it up tonight, and we went home at 6 a.m., so I fell asleep soon.
