★Chickens Au Gratin★

I cooked dinner on October 29.

I made a chickens au gratin. Cooking ingredients were chickens, onions, macaroni, mix cheese, parsley, butter, milk, oil, flour, salt and sugar.

First, I got ready to cook. I defrosted deep-frozen chickens. I boiled macaroni on the hard side. I cut parsley into tiny pieces. Secondly, after melting butter in a frying pan I stir-fried chickens in oil, added onion, stir-fried together, put some water, milk, flour, salt and sugar into them and cooked over a low flame till they got to be slightly unless I burn them. After that I put macaroni into them and brought to the boil. Thirdly, I splashed butter thinly a heat-resistant plates, put white sauce into them, scattered mix cheese over the top of them. Finally, I put them into a toaster oven and bake until they were done to a beautiful brown, then I scattered parsley over the top of them.
Each my family said it was delicious and ate up. I was glad to see them.
