First, I made dough of base from three yolks, granulated sugar, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, milk and cake flour.
Secondly, I made meringue from the albumen and granulated sugar.
Thirdly, I mixed together meringue and dough.
Finally, I baked the dough in a covered casserole.
The cake has been baked moist and soft.
Even more, it had lower sweetness and refreshed the inside of the mouth.
