Using the computer, good points and bad points
There are five good points. First, it's useful when you write a variety of compositions. You can convert kana into kanji and delete letters at once. Second it's easy to figure out. Just type expressions, you can solve solutions. Third, you can carry the mass information all the time. Using floppy discs, you can save a lot of files. Forth, you can use the Internet. You can do at any time and anywhere. Fifth, it’s easy to edit. You can copy or paste easily. There are five bad points. First, you will get to be able not to write kanji by yourselves. You will be at a disadvantage in the Kanji Aptitude Test. Second, you will be able not to work out the answers in your heads. Third, you will depend completely computers. For computers help you with doing almost every thing. Forth, you need to worry about the harm done by computer viruses. Fifth, you will be able not to correct proofs by yourselves. You have to master technique of correcting.

Writing Essay: Personal Language Learning History

I have been studying a long period of time. I have been making personal language history. Let me traced my history of learning languages.

I first wrote the alphabet when I might be an elementary school student. I thought it was interesting for me to write letters of the alphabet when I wrote them for the first time. I gradually started to feel something lacking about writing only alphabetical letters, so I started to practice writing simple English words such as apple, rabbit, dog, cat, bag and so on. I could know the pleasure of learning at that time.

I started to learn English on a full scale when I was a junior high school student. I met a great English teacher there. She pronounced English words clearly, at a suitable speed and in a loud voice. She made us write and pronounce English words again and again. She also made us learn basic compositions in English, memorize a variety of Western songs and sing them in front of her. I was really looking forward to her English class. She taught us how to learn English. I liked her very much.

I solved the English problems intently when I was a high school student. I carried out questions for entrance examinations to colleges almost everyday. I contributed to the development of the skills of listening, reading, speaking, writing, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciations. I could master the technique little by little.

Because of a variety of efforts until now, I could enter this college. And I started to learn Korean and German in addition. I thought it was fun to read and write the Hangul alphabet. Korean grammar was very similar to that of Japan. It was so difficult for me to learn German, so as I studied German hard, I could not pick up German very much. I also learn Japanese essay expressions.

I was given help by the teacher as stated before, but I have been helped by my family since I can remember. When I had to recite in English, my mother confirmed English textbooks for me. When I had to write essays in English, my father pointed out some mistakes for me. When I sing Western songs, my brother checks the words to these songs. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I think the purpose of learning languages is for getting some licenses such as passing the Practical English Proficiency Test and the Practical Korean Proficiency Test. In fact I have the Second Grade of the English Language Proficiency Test. I also think the purpose is for communicate with people. Going abroad, I’ll be able to speak to foreigners, ask them the way or my destinations and ask them to help with something myself. Moreover I think the purpose is for employment in Japan or in other countries. I want to be a ground-hostess in Japan. When a lot of foreigners may visit airports, if I can speak many languages, I can communicate with them well. I learn languages for my future.

My way of learning is useful. It’s not just writing, speaking, reading and listening but the strange way. I remember the something words through their resemblance to words or phrases. It’s my favorite way of learning.

Learning is very important for us. I have been taught how to learn languages by our teachers for a long time. Having carved out a long history, I’m getting to understand the essentials much more. I want to learn the way of learning and to continue to learn from now on, too.

★Dried Ume★

I am crazy about a dried ume. I don't go to shops without buying them. I always buy them as soon as I find them. I have eaten variety of dried umes. I know much about dried umes. When you come to me, I'll always give you dried umes. I'm eating them also now. It tastes very good.

BR 1-14: Wendy Worm's Adventure

One day, there was a very big storm. I was frightened to read this story. The wind blew all the leaves away. I want to pick them up. The wind blew all the flowers away. I wanted to see the storm of falling flowers. The wind blew the bird's nest away. I was sorry to think birds. The wind blew Wendy Worm away, too. I wanted to see the worm flying in the sky.

The storm was all over. I felt easy. The wind went away, but Wendy Worm knew she was lost. I would cry if I were you. Wendy Worm looked up. I recognized the worm was she. A crab appeared. I wanted to crab's dishes, he-he.

That was too bad not to be able to go home. I wondered if she was on the beach, her body would probably be dry. Please give the worm someone's help! But Wendy Worm could not go home because she was lost. She did not know the way home. If I were the worm, I couldn't have gone home at all. For I'm unbelievably hopeless when it comes to knowing directions.

Wendy Worm was on a stone and a big wind came and blew her away. It blew her over all the trees. It blew her over all the houses. It blew her here. Flying worm sounded interesting to me.

She had to go home. I already knew it. She could not stay here. If she stayed here, a big bird would eat her up. Big birds liked worms. I got to be frightened so much.

There were big birds where the crab lived, too, but she could not go under the ground. She could get away from big birds under the ground. It was kind of the crab to tell the good way to hide from enemies. The crab would take her to the ground. How? The crab took Wendy Worm over the sand to the ground. I wanted to experience a hot sand bath.

Wendy Worm appreciated the crab as she went under the ground. It's important to appreciate. Wendy Worm had to find her way home. I thought it was hard to find her way home under the ground. This was a good new home for a lost little worm. I thought what was Wanda Worm. She could stay in this home with a boyfriend. That was she found male worm.

Wendy Worm stayed with Wanda Worm. It was very good, and she stayed under the ground! I nodded in understanding.

BR 1-13: Maggie Magpie's Pie

I was also hungry to read this story. I wanted to something eat, but I could not eat any bugs at all. I thought oh no when it takes too many bugs to make a meal. It was forcible order to be able to go and find some worms to eat. It was a matter of course that too many worms would make them sick. I felt a little easy to hear they could go and find some bread to eat. I thought bread was okay! I thought stand for that it took too many pecks to eat a slice of bread.

I thought it sounded good that they could go and find a slice of cake to eat. I agreed that they use a slice of cake, too. They could get a slice of cake and a slice of bread and make a pie. It sounded delicious. So Maggie Magpie went to find a slice of cake and a slice of bread to make her pie. Do your best! She got the bread and she got the cake. I thought it was bad to steal them from some people.

Then she got some bacon and she got some cheese. I like bacon and cheese, too. I looked at the image. These things would make a good pie. I was looking forward to the pie.
I thought no that they were going to put some bugs in your pie. I thought oh no to hear the answer yes. Maggie Magpie went and got some bugs for her pie. It made me sick.

I thought no no to hear the words that they were going to put some worms in your pie. What a pain Maggie Magpie's answer yes. I thought of course that too many worms will make me sick. So Maggie got a worm and put it in the pie. I felt bad. I don't wanted to have a slice of your pie at all. I was proud of them who said yes so much. The comments that too many slices of my pie would make them sick was interesting to me.

Maggie and Bertie and Sandie ate Maggie Magpie's pie. The story didn't have an unexpected twist of events at the end.

Typing Trial Week 9

My favorite movie or movies
My favorite movie is "TOY STORY". This is the mysterious world where the toys talk, move, fight, play and jump. The fact of the matter is that the toys have been doing as I said above at somewhere private. The movie is taken a serious view of a matter the culture of visual images, and 3-D images are very beautiful, real, clear, wonderful and colorful. I like such images very much. I'm so excited about home furnishings and tools which people use or foods which people eat are very big for the toys, but they make the beat possible use of those things and they overcome variety of problems then cope with a lot of troubles. By the way, I like to see movies, but I don't like to go to the theaters to see movies, so I see movies at home almost all the time. The reasons why I don't like to go there are that my backside start to hurt after I sit in the seat so long, the posture sitting in the seat starts to steep to me, the theaters are so dark that my eyes start to hurt and the volume of the movie sound is so up high that my head starts to ache terribly. Because of these reasons, I don't see the movies at the theaters but at home almost all the time. Therefore I don't see the movies without using digital versatile discs.
